Whenever possible we do our best to package and ship orders within 24 hours of purchase. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days if delivered within the Continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Canadian and European shipments will be sent by USPS Mail International.

Return Information
All products are returnable for 14 days from the date of purchase provided the products are in the same condition in which originally received. Used discs and read books are NOT returnable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon verification of the return, you will be issued a full refund for merchandise and original shipping charges.
